What size is the dome?
We have two sizes available. 3.6m diameter which is 2.2m in height or the smaller version which is 2.88m diameter and 1.7m in height.
Does it have any windows or vents?
Yes they come with two windows that can be securely closed if the weather is bad.
Is it weather proof?
Yes 100% waterproof and acts great in windy weather. When windy just ensure the dome is properly secured to the ground and the doors/windows are kept closed as much as possible. In extreme windy weather it is best to take the cover off just to ensure it is not damaged.
How long is delivery?
If the product ordered is in stock we aim to ship your order within one working day by a next day delivery service. If the product is not in stock then the product page will state the estimated delivery date.
Can I put heating inside?
Yes you can use electric heaters inside with caution. Do not use any naked flames inside or near to the dome.
What is your returns policy?
You get 30 days to return for your money back if you change your mind. Dome needs to be returned in same condition as it was delivered to you.
All our domes are covered under a 12 month manufacturers warranty
Is it east to erect?
Yes it can take one person just one hour to put the frame together. We advise it is best for two people to put the cover on safely. The poles simply click into the connectors. No tools needed. To see a video click here
